In April the
kindergarteners went to the Phoenix Zoo and had a wonderful time.
For many of the students it was their first visit. So everything was new and exciting. We walked and walked, but while we walked we saw some very interesting animals. Some of the favorites were the snakes, gorillas, bears, and elephants. At 11:00 we stopped for lunch and some play time. Then we went on a tram ride to see the far eastern side of the zoo. We finished up our day at the zoo with a
carousel ride. Again this was a first for many of the students.
All in all everyone agreed it was a great day!
